Transitioning To The Bus Social Story

· · ·

Do any of your students have a tough time with the transition to the bus or car at the end of the school day? If so, these little stories and visual supports are for you! I’ve gotten quite a few requests for a story like this, and I’ve definitely needed it myself on several occasions. I wanted to put this out into the world for free, as I do with most of my stories, in the hopes that they help autistic children and other children who benefit from social stories. 1. I need your assistance in creating a social story for a student who strikes/hits other students and the bus monitors on his way home. Could you create a story demonstrating appropriate bus behavior such as keeping hands to yourself. Please.
