Welcome to Autism Little Learners. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Autism Little Learners website, products, courses, memberships, subscriptions, digital resources, events, and other services offered by Autism Little Learners (“ALL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, registering for an event, enrolling in a membership or subscription, or purchasing a product or service from Autism Little Learners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you experience difficulty accessing your account, submitting a cancellation form, updating your billing information, or using an Autism Little Learners product or service, please contact support@autismlittlelearners.com.
1. Educational Purpose
Autism Little Learners provides educational resources, professional development, courses, trainings, memberships, events, and materials for educators, therapists, families, and others supporting autistic children.
Information provided through Autism Little Learners is for educational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute individualized medical, clinical, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice.
2. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Autism Little Learners, including but not limited to text, images, designs, graphics, videos, presentations, courses, recordings, downloads, handouts, visual supports, adapted books, training materials, and other resources, is owned by Autism Little Learners or used with permission from the applicable rights holder.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, purchases, memberships, subscriptions, and event registrations provide a limited license for the purchaser’s individual use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, screenshot, repost, upload, resell, share, publish, or claim ownership of Autism Little Learners content without written permission.
Login credentials are non-transferable. Sharing account access, course access, membership materials, event recordings, downloads, or other paid resources with individuals who have not purchased or been granted access is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.
We value creativity and respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same in return.
3. User Submissions
By voluntarily submitting comments, testimonials, images, videos, or other materials to Autism Little Learners, including through email, social media, surveys, forms, or recordings, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
Where applicable, you grant Autism Little Learners a royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content for educational, promotional, or business purposes.
4. Autism Little Learners Membership
The Autism Little Learners Membership is a recurring subscription providing access to designated membership resources, trainings, courses, materials, and other benefits.
Monthly Membership
Monthly memberships automatically renew each month at the rate disclosed when you enroll unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Your payment method will generally be charged on or around the same date each month.
Annual Membership
Annual memberships automatically renew each year at the rate applicable to your subscription unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
We will send an email reminder prior to your annual renewal.
5. Adapted Book Library Subscription
The Adapted Book Library (“ABL”) may be purchased as a standalone subscription and is also included as a benefit of the Autism Little Learners Membership.
Standalone ABL subscriptions are subject to the same applicable billing, cancellation, access, failed-payment, and refund policies described in these Terms for Autism Little Learners subscriptions.
If you currently pay separately for the Adapted Book Library and subsequently join the Autism Little Learners Membership, please contact support@autismlittlelearners.com so we can consolidate your accounts.
Once the accounts are confirmed and consolidated, future standalone ABL billing will be discontinued because ABL access is included with your Autism Little Learners Membership.
Previous ABL subscription payments will not be refunded as a result of subsequently joining the Autism Little Learners Membership.
6. Paid Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Autism Little Learners Membership or standalone Adapted Book Library subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your completed cancellation form must be submitted at least 4 business days before your upcoming billing or renewal date.
For purposes of these Terms, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

The applicable cancellation form is the required method for submitting a cancellation request.
If you contact Autism Little Learners by email requesting cancellation, our support team will provide you with the appropriate cancellation form. Your cancellation request is considered received on the date the completed cancellation form is submitted, not the date of the initial email.
Cancellation requests made through email, social media, text message, instant message, comments, or other communication channels are not considered official cancellation requests.
If you have difficulty accessing or submitting the cancellation form, please contact support@autismlittlelearners.com so we can assist you.
If a completed cancellation form is submitted fewer than 4 business days before your next scheduled billing or renewal date, your subscription may renew for the next billing period.
You will receive confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
7. Access After Cancellation of a Paid Subscription
Cancellation applies to future billing.
For a paid Autism Little Learners Membership or Adapted Book Library subscription, access will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Canceling does not immediately remove access to a period for which you have already paid.
At the end of the applicable paid billing period, access to the membership hub, Adapted Book Library, bonus courses, resources, and other applicable subscription benefits will end.
8. Promotional or Free Trial Memberships
From time to time, Autism Little Learners may offer a free or promotional trial of the Autism Little Learners Membership.
Unless otherwise stated at enrollment, a trial membership will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership at the rate disclosed during registration if it is not canceled before the first scheduled paid membership charge.

If a cancellation request is submitted during a free trial and before the first paid membership charge, the member will not be charged for the upcoming paid membership period.
When a cancellation request is submitted during a free trial, membership hub access will end when the cancellation is processed. Trial access does not continue through the remainder of the originally offered free trial period.
The 4-business-day cancellation processing period applicable to paid subscriptions does not apply to a free-trial cancellation, provided the cancellation form is submitted before the first scheduled paid membership charge.
Once a trial has converted to a paid membership, the standard paid membership cancellation, access, and refund policies apply.
9. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly Autism Little Learners Membership and standalone Adapted Book Library subscription payments are non-refundable.
Because subscription materials are digital and available immediately, Autism Little Learners does not provide full or prorated refunds for monthly subscription payments.
Subscribers may cancel future billing according to the cancellation policy above.
10. Annual Membership & Adapted Book Library Refunds
A new annual Autism Little Learners Membership or new annual Adapted Book Library subscription is eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of the initial purchase.
If you purchase a new annual subscription and determine that it is not right for you, you may request cancellation and a refund within seven days of the initial purchase.
After the 7-day period, annual subscription payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
The 7-day refund period applies to the initial annual subscription purchase only and does not begin again when an existing annual subscription renews.
Annual subscribers may cancel future renewal according to the cancellation policy above.
11. Failed Payments & Subscription Access
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and keeping their billing information current.
If a scheduled subscription payment is unsuccessful, our payment processor may automatically attempt to collect the payment again.
For card payments, payment may currently be retried up to 8 times over a period of approximately 2 weeks.
Autism Little Learners reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the membership hub, Adapted Book Library, courses, resources, and other subscription benefits following a failed payment and while an account has an outstanding balance.
If payment is successfully collected during the retry period, subscription access may be restored and the subscription will continue according to its existing terms.
If payment cannot be successfully collected following the automated retry period, the subscription may be canceled for nonpayment and access to subscription content and benefits will end.
A failed payment or suspension of access does not constitute a member-requested cancellation and does not waive an outstanding amount owed.
12. Membership Pause Policy
Active Autism Little Learners members may request one membership pause during any 12-month period.
Members may choose either:
- A one-month pause; or
- A two-month (60-day) continuous pause.
A two-month pause must be taken as one continuous period and cannot be divided into separate one-month pauses.
Pause requests must be submitted 4 days prior to the member’s next scheduled billing date.
During an approved pause, membership payments will not be processed.
When the pause period ends, the membership will automatically resume and regular billing will restart.
After a pause has been used, at least one full month of successful billing must occur before another membership change, including cancellation, may be requested.
Pause periods cannot be stacked, split, retroactively applied, or extended beyond the available options.
If a pause length is not confirmed before the applicable billing date, the default pause will be one month.

13. Courses Included With Membership
Certain Autism Little Learners Membership plans may include selected courses as membership bonuses.
Courses provided as membership benefits are available only while the qualifying membership remains active.
When membership access ends, access to courses provided solely as membership benefits also ends.
14. Standalone Course Purchases
When a course is purchased separately as a standalone product, the purchaser receives ongoing access to the version of the course available at the time of purchase.
For purposes of these Terms, ongoing access means:
- You retain access for as long as the course remains published.
- If Autism Little Learners retires a course, it will remain accessible for at least one additional year before access is removed.
- A standalone purchase applies to the version of the course available on the purchase date.
- A standalone course purchase does not automatically include future revisions, updates, or new versions of the course.
15. Other Digital Products
Due to the digital nature and immediate availability of digital products, digital product purchases are non-refundable unless a different refund policy is specifically stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
Not all standalone products sold by Autism Little Learners are included in the Autism Little Learners Membership.
Membership Credit for Recent Website Purchases
If you purchase a standalone digital product directly from the Autism Little Learners website and join the Autism Little Learners Membership within 30 days, and that exact product is already included in the membership, Autism Little Learners may credit the amount paid for the qualifying standalone product back to the original payment method after membership enrollment is confirmed.
This policy applies only to qualifying purchases made directly through Autism Little Learners and does not apply to purchases made through Teachers Pay Teachers or other third-party marketplaces.
After 30 days from the original purchase date, no refund or membership credit will be issued under this policy.
16. Promotional Pricing, Discounts & Bonuses
Autism Little Learners may periodically offer promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes, bonuses, special offers, or other incentives.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of registration or purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions, discounts, and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers.
17. Subscription Price Changes
Autism Little Learners may change subscription pricing from time to time.
Any price change affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated in advance when required by applicable law and will take effect on a future renewal date.
Promotional, legacy, or grandfathered pricing may be subject to separate terms and does not guarantee that a particular subscription rate will remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise.
18. Taxes
Applicable sales, use, or other taxes may be added to purchases or subscription payments when required by law.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes associated with their purchases except where Autism Little Learners is required to collect and remit those taxes directly.
19. Live Events, Workshops, Bootcamps, Challenges & Webinars
Autism Little Learners may offer free or paid live and prerecorded educational events, including webinars, workshops, bootcamps, challenges, trainings, and similar programs.
Event Format & Schedule
Event dates, times, presenters, topics, formats, and availability are subject to change.
Autism Little Learners reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel sessions when reasonably necessary.
Recordings & Replay Access
Some events may be recorded and made available for replay.
Replay availability and the length of the access period may vary by event and will be communicated at registration, purchase, or during the event.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, registration for an event does not guarantee permanent access to recordings, downloads, bonuses, or other event materials.
Registration for a free event does not guarantee access to replays, downloads, bonuses, or other materials beyond the access period communicated for that event.
Paid Events & Refunds
Because paid events may include immediate access to digital materials and/or educational programming, paid event purchases are non-refundable unless a different refund policy is specifically stated on the applicable registration or checkout page.
Certificates & Continuing Education
Certificates of completion, ASHA continuing education credit, graduate credit, or other professional development credit are available only when specifically stated for an event.
Eligibility, attendance, completion requirements, deadlines, third-party registration requirements, fees, and other conditions may apply.
Registration for an event does not guarantee continuing education or graduate credit unless expressly stated.
Participant Access & Materials
Unless otherwise stated, event registration and event materials are intended for the registered participant only.
Login credentials, recordings, handouts, downloads, and other materials may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, or made available to others without permission from Autism Little Learners.
Promotional Offers & Membership Trials
Events may include bonuses, promotional offers, or trials of the Autism Little Learners Membership.
Any recurring subscription associated with an event will be disclosed during registration or checkout.
Membership trials and subscriptions are subject to the Autism Little Learners Membership provisions contained in these Terms.
20. Preschool Autism Summit — All Access Pass
The Preschool Autism Summit is an educational event operated by Autism Little Learners and may include prerecorded and live educational trainings related to autism.
Purchase Type
The Preschool Autism Summit All Access Pass (“All Access Pass”) is a one-time purchase. The All Access Pass itself does not create a recurring subscription.
Access & Duration
For the 2026 Preschool Autism Summit, an All Access Pass includes access to designated Summit presentations, live-session replays, private podcast content, downloadable resources, and applicable speaker bonuses through June 30, 2027.
Digital Delivery
The All Access Pass is a digital product. Access information is delivered electronically. No physical materials are shipped as part of the All Access Pass unless specifically stated otherwise.
Technical Requirements
Access requires a compatible device and reliable internet connection.
Occasional interruptions or technical issues involving third-party hosting providers, podcast platforms, internet providers, or other third-party technology may be outside the control of Autism Little Learners.
Certificates, ASHA CEUs & Graduate Credit
Certificates of completion may be available for qualifying Summit presentations.
ASHA continuing education and/or graduate credit may be offered as optional additions and are subject to applicable eligibility requirements, completion criteria, registration procedures, deadlines, and third-party processing fees.
Autism Little Learners does not guarantee approval or issuance of continuing education or graduate credit outside the stated requirements and guidelines.
Summit Bonuses & Membership Trials
An All Access Pass may include bonus resources and/or a promotional or free trial of the Autism Little Learners Membership.
The terms and price of any promotional membership offer will be disclosed at registration or checkout.
If a membership trial is included and is not canceled before the first scheduled paid membership charge, it will automatically convert to a paid recurring membership at the rate disclosed at enrollment.

Summit Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the All Access Pass and immediate access to content, All Access Pass sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Event Changes
Autism Little Learners reserves the right to substitute or modify Summit speakers, sessions, schedules, bonuses, or other content when reasonably necessary while working to maintain the overall educational value of the All Access Pass.
21. Purchase Orders
Autism Little Learners may accept purchase orders (“POs”) for annual Autism Little Learners Memberships and annual Adapted Book Library access.
A new PO must be submitted and approved for each annual term.
If a renewed PO is not received by the beginning of the next annual term, the applicable membership or library access will end at the conclusion of the current paid term.
22. Physical Products & Shipping
For physical products sold directly by Autism Little Learners, we will make reasonable efforts to ship purchases within the timeframe communicated at purchase. Shipping times may vary based on availability, carrier performance, and destination.
Applicable shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Autism Little Learners may use third-party shipping carriers and is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges imposed by their country.
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product or experience a shipping problem, contact support@autismlittlelearners.com so we can assist you.
23. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Accounts, subscriptions, and login credentials may not be transferred or shared unless Autism Little Learners expressly permits it.
Autism Little Learners reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing, nonpayment, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances reasonably necessary to protect Autism Little Learners, its customers, or its intellectual property.
24. Third-Party Services
Autism Little Learners uses third-party providers to deliver certain products and services, including payment processing, website hosting, course and membership hosting, email communications, podcast delivery, and other technology services.
Autism Little Learners is not responsible for temporary interruptions or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
25. Electronic Communications
By using our website, purchasing products, registering for events, or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your transactions, account, subscriptions, purchases, or registrations.
Electronic notices, disclosures, confirmations, and other communications may satisfy requirements that such communications be provided in writing where permitted by law.
26. Children
Autism Little Learners does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its website.
Individuals under 18 should use or purchase through the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
27. International Users
Autism Little Learners operates from the United States.
Users accessing Autism Little Learners products or services from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
28. Chargebacks & Purchase Concerns
If you experience a problem with a purchase, subscription, or service, please contact support@autismlittlelearners.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or payment-card laws.
29. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Autism Little Learners products, services, educational information, and website content are provided for educational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autism Little Learners makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results from use of its educational materials, products, trainings, memberships, or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autism Little Learners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use its website, products, services, or educational content.
30. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autism Little Learners, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of Autism Little Learners products or services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
31. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between the parties may be resolved through final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a neutral arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
32. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be handled on an individual basis. Class, representative, collective, or class-arbitration proceedings are not permitted.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
34. Changes to These Terms
Autism Little Learners reserves the right to update these Terms periodically.
The most current version will be posted on the Autism Little Learners website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions may also be communicated to affected customers when appropriate or required.
