You guys! I'm presenting at the College 2 Classroo You guys! I'm presenting at the College 2 Classroom Summit on June 27th. Come join me! Comment on this post with the word: SUMMIT and I will send you a DM with the link to sign up now.

I'm talking about how to create adapted books to increase active engagement!

Here is information from C2C:

Each year our summits get bigger and better but ✨ wow ✨ are we excited for our third annual summit!

This year we truly feel like we have a little bit of everything for each type of teacher!

Whether this is your first year or fifth year of teaching, or you’re teaching primary, middle, or secondary, we just know you’re going to get so much out of the third annual College 2 Classroom Success Summit!

A little bit about the summit:

When: June 27th from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm CT

Where: Virtually held on Zoom

How does it work:

On the morning on June 27th, we will open up the Zoom meeting at 9:25 am CT and begin welcoming participants in. We will do a quick little intro with a few games and 🌟giveaways 🌟and then hop into our first breakout room of the day.

During the day, you’ll be able to choose which breakout rooms you’re in during each breakout session. We suggest going to the room where you’d like live time with the presenter to ask any questions that you have.

Upon completion of the day, we will announce a few winners for our giveaways, wrap things up, and send you on your way with a ton of inspiration as well as resources! Many of the presenters will be giving you freebies and resources to use during the upcoming school year, which is so awesome!!

Since there are only four breakouts during the summit, but 17 presenters, as long as you’re on with us during the day, you’ll receive the replays for all sessions available to you for the next four days!

If four days just aren’t enough, you can also snag a replay ticket which will give you access to all the replays for 30 days!

Sometimes potty training can take a little longer Sometimes potty training can take a little longer for autistic children. 🚽

There are a variety of reasons for this. Studies have shown that many autistic children have impairments in interoception. Interoception is the ability to sense the internal state of the body. Read more about this in my toilet training blog posts.
