Free Language Scavenger Hunt for Home
Use these pictures to encourage exploration and movement while working on language development. You can encourage receptive language by having your child find the items on the scavenger hunt picture boards. Encourage expressive language by having your child name the items when they find them. You can also stretch this skill by having them say it in a sentence. Other ideas include: labeling the function of the object (“what do you use a spoon for?”) or counting how many of each item they see.
I created this for distance learning. This preschool level resource is good for distance learning or carryover of skills to the home setting. Great for speech/language pathologists, special education teachers and parents.

Thank you so much for making this stories for children of all abilities in Spanish and other languages.
Thank you very much for this language scavenger hunt. Do you perhaps have this one in Afrikaans as well please? Your material is absolutely stunning!
I just discovered your materials today. They are so well designed and beautifully presented. I can not wait to use them with my students in person and through distance learning. Thank you so much for creating them!!
