Frequently Asked Questions
Answers for Our Educators
What is a purchase order (PO)?
A purchase order is a payment method used by schools and districts to approve and process payment for professional resources or services. We gladly accept purchase orders for eligible Autism Little Learners offerings.
Which Autism Little Learners products are eligible for purchase orders?
At this time, purchase orders are accepted for the following annual offerings:
- Autism Little Learners Annual Membership
- Annual Adapted Book Library
- Summit All-Access Pass (when available)
Courses such as Visual Schedules Made Easy and Potty Train With Compassion are offered as part of an annual ALL Membership bonus, but are not typically available as standalone PO purchases.
Are monthly subscriptions eligible for purchase orders?
No. Purchase orders are only accepted for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions require a credit or debit card at checkout and cannot be invoiced through a PO.
Can districts purchase multiple memberships with one PO?
Yes. Districts may submit a single purchase order covering multiple individual memberships, each assigned to a unique email address.
Team discounts apply automatically based on the number of seats purchased:
- 2–4 people: 5% discount
- 5–9 people: 10% discount
- 10–15 people: 15% discount
- 16+ people: 20% discount
Can a district share one login across multiple staff members?
No. Each membership must be assigned to an individual email address. This ensures full access, personalized certificates, and a smooth experience inside the hub.
How do we start the PO process?
To begin, please complete the Purchase Order Request Form. Once submitted, our team will follow up with next steps and any additional documentation needed.
You may also email lori@autismlittlelearners.com to initiate district registration
What information does our district need to submit?
Typically, districts will need:
- A completed purchase order
- Vendor details (W-9 provided)
- Pricing confirmation (including any team discounts)
- Contact information for the staff members receiving access
Is a W-9 available?
Yes. A current W-9 is provided as part of the PO packet and can be shared with your district’s purchasing department.
When does access begin?
Access is granted once the purchase order is approved and processed. Each participant will receive an email with instructions to activate their account.
How long does access last?
Annual purchases provide 12 months of access from the activation date.
Do annual memberships renew automatically?
Yes. Annual subscriptions automatically renew one year from the activation date. An email reminder is sent ahead of renewal so districts can plan accordingly.
If a district prefers non-renewing access, this can be discussed during the PO process.
What is the refund policy for PO purchases?
- Annual memberships: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of activation. After 7 days, no refunds are issued due to the digital nature of the content.
- Monthly memberships: Not eligible for PO purchase and not refundable.
What happens if staff change mid-year?
If a staff member leaves, districts may reassign access to another educator within the same organization. Reassignments must be requested via email and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
