Who is Autism Little Learners designed for?
Are the resources appropriate for school use?
Yes. Materials are designed to be practical, printable, and adaptable for classrooms, small groups, and individual support. Many educators use them across general education, self-contained and integrated classroom settings.
What is included in the membership?
Can I use this with the paraprofessionals in my classroom?
Yes. All materials are designed to be used within a single classroom, which includes the paraprofessionals who support students in that room. You’re welcome to share and use the resources collaboratively with your paras as part of your daily classroom routines, planning, and implementation.
What’s not permitted is sharing the materials across multiple classrooms, teams, or school-wide without additional licenses or purchases. Each classroom should have its own access to ensure the resources remain sustainable and supported.

Does the membership align with neurodiversity-affirming practice?
Yes. All strategies in the membership are neuro-affirming and focus on regulation, connection, communication access, and environmental supports rather than compliance-based approaches. Resources are designed to respect each child’s autonomy, communication style, and individual differences within the classroom setting.
Instead of trying to change a child’s behavior to fit expectations, the membership helps you understand what a student is communicating and how to support them in ways that feel safe, respectful, and connected throughout the school day.
Over time, this shift leads to less stress, fewer power struggles, and more meaningful engagement in the classroom. Educators often move from feeling unsure or overwhelmed to feeling confident in how they support their students, using strategies that align with each learner’s needs and strengths.
How does the potty training course fit into school settings?
The Potty Train With Compassion course supports educators in understanding each student’s unique path with toileting, along with communication and sensory factors. While implementation varies by setting, the course helps teams collaborate with families using shared language and expectations. It comes as a bonus with an Annual Membership or can be purchased separately.
Can schools or districts purchase access?
Yes. Many schools and programs purchase memberships or courses using professional development funds, and even Donor’s Choose Projects. Purchase orders and invoicing options are available. Contact our team for purchase order support at support@autismlittlelearners.com
Are these resources appropriate for IEP-aligned instruction?
Yes. The resources are designed to support communication, social, pre-academic, and fine motor skills that are commonly addressed in IEP goals. They are created for real classroom use, making it easier to embed skill-building into everyday routines and activities.
While the materials do not provide pre-written IEP goals, they align well with IEP-focused instruction and can be used to support progress toward individual student goals. Inside the membership, you’ll also find a Neuro-Affirming IEP Assistant Chatbot to help you write goals and objectives in a way that reflects each learner’s strengths and needs.

What’s the best way to get started without feeling overwhelmed?
Many educators begin with one area like AAC, visuals, toileting, or regulation, and build from there. The 10 Core Skills For Supporting Autistic Learners Guide is a helpful place to start for understanding key focus areas and choosing what to prioritize first. The membership also includes guidance and community support to help teams decide what to implement next.
