This FREE set of picture scenes has 6 colorful scenes that can be used to elicit language concepts in children in the early childhood, preschool and early elementary level. Each scene has a list of prompts and directions for receptive and expressive language. These can be used by special education teachers, speech/language pathologists and parents for children/students with autism and other communication delays. I made these for distance learning.

Have you seen my new Calming Kit for preschool?! It came out last month and is perfect for young autistic children (or any child) who needs support through co-regulation moving to self-regulation. This is a foundational level resource for little ones just learning about starting to regulate their bodies with the support of the adults around them.Click here to purchase: www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Calm-Down-Kit-For-Calming-Corner-In-Special-Education-8140160What educators and parents are saying:"This resource was low prep. It had great choices, pictures, language, and directions. I love that it is all designed for a pencil box! I was able to make it for more than one of my students. Highly recommend!""I am the ESE Specialist at my school so this resource is extremely helpful for me to just take with me when I am called for students. I can use it in my office with students or place a few items in a pencil box and have the student select from the choices. It really helps in gen ed and self contained classes. More so for the gen ed students who may not have support all the time in the classroom. It is a fantastic activity and I have shared Autism Little Learners name and page with some of my teachers already to go to for resources because there are FABULOUS ones here!!! No need to reinvent the wheel!""What an amazing bundle of ideas, Tara! I can't wait to revamp my calm down corner using all of your resources. I know from experience that the breathing visuals helps my students understand what we mean when we say "take a deep breath" so I know that your ideas will build upon what they already know! So so so exciting :D" ... See MoreSee Less
